Sobre la obra:
La obra se vincula al concepto de “peso” y su relación con el cuerpo, así como, la relación cuerpo - mundo. El título hace referencia a las cuatro dimensiones de nuestro realidad, el espacio-tiempo o puntos cardinales; y para la acción, se utiliza una piedra como herramienta y apoyo en un juego de equilibrios. En donde el cuerpo, lo encuentra en cada movimiento, un poco como la aguja de una brújula que tiene que buscar el norte cada vez que la posicionamos. Y es en este posicionamiento corporal, en donde el hombre interrumpe la calma contenida en el paisaje.

About:
The work explores the concept of “weight” and its relationship with the body, as well as the connection between body and world. The title alludes to the four dimensions of our reality—space-time or the cardinal points—and in the action, a stone becomes both tool and support in a delicate game of balance. With each movement, the body locates it, much like the needle of a compass searching for north each time it is placed. It is through this bodily positioning that the human figure subtly disrupts the calm contained within the landscape.
